RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The customer when the items must verify the integrity and the number of packages. In case of failure to sign the transport document “subject to control”, highlighting the reason (eg .: neck severely damaged or missing neck), and send to our customer service (order@biolab-srl.com) an e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. In case of substitution for non-conforming goods to order the communication must be sent to the e-mail order@biolab-srl.com. It will be our customer service to communicate authorization to return which will be shown outside of the package in return that in the transport document. Our customer service will also send the client a form containing the following information:

  • Return authorization number, order number or invoice
  • Sender name and address of the customer
  • Recipient
  • Carrier: Courier will collect the pack
  • Reason for the return: replacement or return goods.

The procedures for return and replacement of goods must be agreed from time to time via e-mail to our customer service (order@biolab-srl.com).

WITHDRAWAL OF SUPPLIER

Biolab Srl, if he were unable to process your order request because of ‘even temporary unavailability of the product ordered, has the right to terminate the sale within 30 days from the date of the order by providing the customer a simple communication substantiated, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 185/99. In this case the customer shall only be entitled to a refund of the amount already paid.

WITHDRAWAL OF THE CUSTOMER

Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Law Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999, which adjust it matter of distance, that is done outside of business premises. The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree 206/2005. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the ability for the consumer to return the product purchased and the reimbursement of expenses incurred.

The customer has the right to withdraw, without penalty and without giving any reason, no later than 8 working days of delivery (as attested by the delivery date stated on the waybill of the courier) .The right of withdrawal exercise by the deadline by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and all merchandise purchased at the following address:

In the case of applicability of the right of withdrawal, the customer must return at his own expense all the articles on the bill as well as the were received and that is absolutely new, not used, complete with all their parts and in original packaging ( envelopes and packaging).

OPENING THE SEALED PRODUCTS MAKES OTHERWISE INAPPLICABLE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ANY TYPE OF REPLACEMENT.

The non-observance of these principles render the right of withdrawal. In case of application of the right of withdrawal, once the goods are received, Biolab Srl will refund the entire amount paid by the customer, excluding shipping costs, within a period of thirty days from the date the notice is received and only in case of return goods occurred through mode goods exchange.

NOT include legislative decree subjects can not be classified as a consumer, that is who is acting for purposes relating to their professional activity.

Warning: The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable to doctors, specialists, clinical and veterinary laboratories, and any company that uses the products Biolab for professional purposes. If the right of withdrawal does not apply, you can agree with us, as applicable, on a returnable with useful lives of the Biolab carriers at the expense of the customer contacting our customer service at order@biolab-srl.com.
