The operating principle of the V-S100 is based on chemiluminescence veterinary immunometry technology, the best high-sensitivity method used for the quantitative determination of hormones and immunological markers.
In the system, the antigen present in the sample reacts with antibodies labeled with an enzyme which, during the reaction, generates a light signal proportional to the concentration of the analyte.
The optical detector of the V-S100 measures the intensity of the light emitted and automatically calculates the value of the analyzed parameter, ensuring accuracy and repeatability of the results.
