Scientific Overview
The Comprehensive Diagnostic Profile (19+5) rotor represents an advanced in vitro diagnostic aid for veterinary medicine. Engineered for seamless integration with Celercare V5 and Pointcare V3 clinical chemistry analyzers, this quantitative assay utilizes microfluidic technology to provide a comprehensive biochemical profile, serving as a fundamental detection support for hepatic, renal, pancreatic pathologies, and metabolic disorders. Use is strictly reserved for Veterinary Surgeons, Veterinary Clinics, Hospitals, and Specialized Analytical Laboratories.
Operating Protocol
- Sample Preparation: Collect approximately 100 µL of heparinized whole blood, plasma, or serum. Gently invert the tube several times to ensure specimen homogeneity before analysis.
- Rotor Loading: Dispense 100 µL of biological sample directly into the single-use MNCHIP rotor. Initiate the test session promptly following specimen loading.
- Automated Processing: Insert the disc into the analyzer; the system fully automates centrifugation, microfluidic reaction steps, and spectrophotometric absorbance measurement, calculating and printing precise quantitative results in 12 minutes.

Performance Characteristics Table
| Test Principle | Absorbance Spectrophotometry |
| Calibration | Automatic via integrated QR Code printed on each single disc. |
| Quality Control (IQC) | Intelligent Real-time Quality Control continuously operating during every analysis cycle. |
| Storage & Stability | Store at 2–8 °C (36–46 °F). Lyophilized reagent beads ensure high component stability. |
| Quantitative Parameters (19) | TP, ALB, TBIL, ALT, CRE, AMY, GLU, TG, CHOL, Ca, P, AST, TBA, GGT, tCO2, BUN, CK, ALP, Mg |
| Calculated Parameters (5) | GLOB*, ALB/GLOB Ratio*, Indirect Bilirubin (IBIL)*, BUN/CRE Ratio*, Corrected Calcium* |
The Technical Opinion: This profile represents the gold standard for extended “Point-of-Care” biochemical screening, demonstrating excellent correlation with centralized laboratory systems while maintaining a streamlined clinical workflow. Lyophilized reagent technology ensures optimal component stability and minimizes manual handling, providing rapid, objective quantitative data to support timely veterinary clinical decisions.
