The Vechek Ehrlichia Ab + LSH Ab Combo Rapid Test is a dual-well immunochromatographic cassette assay designed for the differential detection of antibodies against Ehrlichia canis and Leishmania in canine whole blood, serum, or plasma. This diagnostic tool serves as an essential diagnostic aid for simultaneous screening and differential identification of major vector-borne infectious diseases during clinical examinations. Exclusively intended for professional veterinary clinical use.
Test Procedure
- Preparation: Bring test cassette, assay buffer, and specimens to room temperature (15-30 °C) prior to testing.
- Execution: Transfer 1 drop of specimen (approx. 10 µL) into each sample well (S).
- Reaction: Immediately add 3 drops of assay buffer (approx. 80 µL) into each sample well.
- Reading: Interpret results between 5 and 10 minutes. Do not interpret results after 15 minutes.
