The VetSight Veterinary General Chemistry 23 Test Panel rotor is an advanced in vitro diagnostic aid designed for the quantitative determination of key biochemical concentrations and enzymatic activities in animal biological samples. Indicated for professional veterinary use in combination with VivaChek Biotech MSC100V and MS200V chemistry analyzers, this panel provides reliable detection support and monitoring for hepatic, renal, metabolic, and pancreatic function in veterinary patients.
A single rotor enables the simultaneous evaluation of 23 total parameters (18 direct quantitative analytes and 5 calculated parameters):

Execution Protocol
- Disc Warm-up: Remove the reagent disc from refrigerated storage (2–8°C) and allow it to reach room temperature for 5–10 minutes prior to opening.
- QR Code Scanning: The analyzer automatically scans lot information and calibration parameters encoded in the QR code on the panel packaging.
- Sample & Diluent Loading: Dispense 140 µL of biological sample (serum, plasma, or lithium-heparinized whole blood) and 750 µL of diluent into designated reaction wells (diluent addition is fully automated on the MS200V model).
- Run Test: Insert the rotor disc into the chemistry analyzer. The system automatically performs mixing, lyophilized reagent dissolution, and spectrophotometric readings.
